Millions of Verified Customer Ratings Highlight Top Dealerships in 2025
NEW ORLEANS (Jan. 24, 2025) – The nation’s highest-rated car dealerships have been revealed, thanks to millions of verified consumer reviews. The 2025 list of top-performing dealerships, based on customer feedback, has been announced in conjunction with the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Show in New Orleans. This year’s standout dealerships earned an impressive average rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars from verified buyers.
Notably, approximately 20% of this year’s winners have been consistently recognized every year since the award’s inception six years ago. In addition, a special distinction is given to dealerships that have maintained outstanding customer ratings for five consecutive years.

Top-rated dealerships across the country are now being notified of their achievement. Award recipients receive a suite of materials to showcase their recognition, including digital assets for use on social media and showroom displays. This year’s winners will also be highlighted on the Vehicle History Reports they provide to customers.
